Director Tax Accounting

Our client is a multi billion dollar international leader seeking a new director responsible for managing the forecasting of tax provisions and tax reserves. This opportunity will have oversight of all tax related disclosures in the company's SEC filings, proper reporting of current and deferred income tax liabilities, as well as the recording of the tax provision and the proper balance sheet classification.
The ideal candidate will have both Big Four and corporate tax experience with 10+ years experience. A CPA is required with strong tax accounting skills for a large multinational corporation or public accounting firm. Supervises 4 and reports to the VP of Tax. Relocation is provided. Salary is up to $160,000 + bonuses and equity.
