Human Resource Analyst
Our client (a $900 million manufacturing leader) has created a new
opportunity for a business analyst to create and maintain requisite
management reports, employment count and location, productivity
scorecards, turnover, compensation, overtime, training investment,
turnover, and cost and employment expense factors for the Director
of Human Resources. This analyst is also responsible for the human
capital ROI, value added, and revenue factor analysis reporting
to upper management.
Requirements are a BSBA in finance or economics with 3 years experience
in statistical analysis. Salary is $60,000 plus bonus and relocations
