Systems Engineer

Our client is a $150 million manufacturing leader with an opportunity for a proven Systems Engineer. This position requires an electrical engineering degree with 5 years of project management experience.

The duties include:
- Generate applicable validation/product verification test plans.
-Establish project planning for subassemblies to assure successful execution of
programs.
-Establish internal specifications for suppliers.
-Recommend cost saving initiatives.
-Review system designs to ensure product meets customers expectations and
requirements.
-Provide direction for incorporating new technologies into customer programs.
-Support marketing efforts to promote new technologies and acquire new business.
-Conduct technology research and canvas market for next generation products.
-Provide system expertise and drive technology bench marking process.
·-Conduct project reviews with supplier and customer on a regular basis.
-Establish performance to targets to monitor supplier performance.
-Facilitate regular Technical Reviews to ensure supplier is meeting company's
cost and performance requirements.
-Provide regular technology updates to Program Managers and Feasibility teams.
-Establish internal tracking system to monitor performance of early samples
that are requested from customers.
-Conduct Technology Workshops at both parent companies to monitor the execution
of existing programs and next generation technologies.
-Define requirements for an internal generic component specification.

Salary is to $80,000 + bonus and relocation is provided.
